Jewelry is more than an accessory; it is a reflection of your identity. With the Style Proposal service, Alexya Diamond Boutique offers a bespoke consultation experience designed to align our exquisite collections with your unique fashion DNA.
How It Works
We believe that finding the perfect piece should be as personal as the jewelry itself. Our process follows three dedicated steps:

Style Discovery: Upon booking, we will reach out to understand your aesthetic preferences, wardrobe staples, and the specific occasions you are styling for.

Expert Curation: Our stylists analyze your profile to handpick pieces that complement your skin tone, face shape, and personal "vibe"—from timeless elegance to modern avant-garde.

The Proposal: You will receive a personalized digital lookbook featuring a curated selection of jewelry (rings, earrings, necklaces) coordinated to create a cohesive and stunning image.
Booking Details: The session fee is $150 CAD. As a courtesy to our clients, this amount will be fully credited toward your final invoice upon the commission of your bespoke ring or jewelry piece.
Retainer & Credit
To ensure each client receives the undivided attention and technical expertise of an IGI Diamond Specialist, Alexya Diamond Boutique operates on a dedicated appointment-only basis at our flagship consulting office.
- 100% Fully Credited: The retainer is not an additional service fee. The entire amount is 100% applied toward your final invoice for any diamond or custom jewelry purchase.
- Professional Preparation: This retainer secures your private 60-minute session at the prestigious Massey Tower (197 Yonge St), located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District. It covers the curation of our 15 Master Stones (0.94ct - 1.58ct) and the setup of our professional Microscope and Stuller Prototyping Kit specifically for your design needs.
- Expert Consultation: During this hour, you are not just shopping; you are being guided through a deep-dive into GIA/ IGI technical specifications, light performance, and tactile design, ensuring you make an informed investment.
Note: By booking 'The Ritual' at Massey Tower, you are securing a professional consultation where the focus is on accuracy, transparency, and a 'Piece to Piece' hands-on experience that retail stores cannot provide.
Cancellation Policy
To provide a private, one-on-one consulting environment at Massey Tower (197 Yonge St), we dedicate our specialist's time and professional equipment exclusively to your scheduled session. We kindly ask for your cooperation with our policy:
- Non-Refundable Policy: The retainer is non-refundable for all bookings. This ensures that our IGI Specialist can maintain a high-standard, curated experience for every serious client.
- Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment once (1 time) at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice, or failure to attend your appointment (No-show), will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled time.
- Store Credit Guarantee: While the retainer is non-refundable in cash, your deposit will be held as a non-refundable Store Credit, valid for up to 6 months. This credit can be applied toward any future diamond or custom jewelry purchase at Alexya Diamond Boutique.
Note: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. This policy allows us to continue providing the most transparent and expert-led diamond experience in Toronto.
Diamond Certification & Verification
At Alexya Diamond Boutique, every piece is synonymous with authenticity.
- For Solitaire Designs: Every center diamond of 1.0 carat and above comes with a prestigious GIA/ IGI Diamond Report. We perform a live verification ritual where you will use a professional specialized microscope to personally inspect and match the laser-inscribed ID on the diamond's girdle with your certificate.
- For Fine Jewelry: For exquisite pieces without a single large center stone, we provide an IGI Jewelry Report. This certificate authenticates the entire finished piece, verifying the total diamond weight, gold purity, and craftsmanship quality.
We believe in a 'hands-on' experience—ensuring you see the truth with your own eyes, not just through a digital screen.
Complimentary Local Appraisal
To provide you with absolute peace of mind, every purchase at Alexya Diamond Boutique includes a complimentary Professional Local Appraisal.
This essential document serves as an official certification of your jewelry’s retail value. We provide this as a standard requirement for all our pieces, making it effortless for you to secure insurance coverage and protect your investment. At Alexya, we don’t just deliver a masterpiece; we ensure its value is recognized and safeguarded for a lifetime.
Lifetime Care & Diamond Evolution
The Alexya Legacy Trade-In
After one year of ownership, you are eligible to trade in any Alexya ring with a 1.0ct+ center stone for 80% of its original value, or any other fine jewelry for 70% of its original value, issued as Boutique Credit. This credit can be applied toward a new purchase of one or multiple pieces, provided the total new invoice is at least double the original trade-in item's price.
Complimentary Bi-Annual Spa & Maintenance
As part of our lifetime care, we provide a complimentary professional deep spa every 6 months. This includes ultrasonic cleaning, prong tightening, and hand-polishing to ensure your piece remains in pristine condition.
Lifetime Stone Replacement
For our fine jewelry, we provide lifetime replacement for accent diamonds (melee stones) lost due to manufacturing defects.
Terms of Care:
To maintain these exclusive lifetime privileges (Trade-in & Stone Replacement), the piece must:
- Not have missed its 6-month professional spa and inspection at our boutique.
- Be in its original, intact condition. Any signs of accidental damage, heavy impact, or unauthorized third-party alterations will void these specific policies.
Handcraft to order
Each piece is handcrafted to order to ensure the highest quality and meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production. Once your order is complete, it will be ready for secure pickup at our boutique. We appreciate your patience as we create a masterpiece uniquely for you.
