Our comprehensive lifetime policies are designed to protect your investment and ensure your diamonds radiate brilliance for generations.

1. The Alexya Legacy Trade-In

Your legacy, evolved. We believe fine jewelry should reflect your journey. As your milestones grow, so can your collection.

1.0ct+ Center Stone Rings: After one year of ownership, you are eligible to trade in any Alexya ring featuring a 1.0ct or larger center stone for 80% of its original purchase value.
Fine Jewelry: For all other fine jewelry pieces, we offer a 70% trade-in value after the first year.
Boutique Credit: Your trade-in value is issued as Boutique Credit, which can be applied toward a new purchase of one or multiple masterpieces.
Eligibility: To qualify, the total value of your new invoice must be at least double (2x) the original price of the item being traded in.

2. Complimentary Bi-Annual Spa & Maintenance

Preserving the brilliance. To ensure your jewelry remains in pristine, "red-carpet" condition, we provide a complimentary Professional Deep Spa every six months at our 197 Yonge St boutique. This essential ritual includes:

Ultrasonic & Steam Cleaning: Restoring maximum fire and brilliance.
Multi-Point Structural Inspection: A professional check under our Gemological Microscope.
Artisanal Refinement: Manual prong tightening and professional hand-polishing.
Service Timeline: Because we prioritize meticulous craftsmanship over speed, this deep restoration requires a 1 to 2 business day turnaround.

3. Lifetime Stone Replacement

Unwavering integrity. We take pride in the structural excellence of every setting. For our fine jewelry collection, Alexya Diamond provides lifetime replacement for accent diamonds (melee stones) lost due to manufacturing defects. If a small side stone falls out during normal wear, we will replace it at no cost to you.

4. Maintenance Requirements & Policy Integrity

Partnering in Protection. To maintain your exclusive lifetime privileges—including Legacy Trade-In, Lifetime Stone Replacement, and all Complimentary Spa & Maintenance services—we require a strict partnership in care.

ALL LIFETIME BENEFITS AND SERVICES WILL BE PERMANENTLY VOIDED IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OCCUR:

Missed Maintenance: The piece has missed its mandatory 6-month professional spa and inspection at our boutique. These check-ups are the only way to ensure the structural integrity of your jewelry.
Structural Compromise: The item is no longer in its original, intact condition due to accidental damage, heavy impact (trauma), or improper care.
Third-Party Alterations: Any resizing, engraving, stone setting, or repairs performed by jewelers other than Alexya Diamond Boutique will immediately terminate all warranty and service agreements.

Alexya Diamond Boutique reserves the right to evaluate the condition of any piece before accepting it for Trade-In, Warranty, or Maintenance service. ---

A Note on Insurance

While our warranty covers craftsmanship and maintenance, it does not cover loss of the entire piece, theft, or major accidental damage. We strongly recommend personal jewelry insurance (such as Jewelers Mutual) for total protection.

Important Note Regarding Diamond Certifications (GIA/IGI)

To ensure your maximum benefits and prevent unforeseen risks, all original certificates (GIA or IGI) will be securely held and managed by Alexya Diamond Boutique.

Customers will be provided with a high-quality color copy for their personal records and reference. This policy is designed to protect you from the potential loss or damage of the original documents, which could result in the forfeiture of essential privileges, such as our Legacy Trade-In program or Lifetime Stone Replacement services.

Why this is important:

Asset Protection: Original certificates are difficult and costly to replace.
Seamless Service: Having the records on file allows us to verify your diamond instantly for maintenance or upgrades.
