1. Consultation & Personalized Quote

Your journey begins with The Piece-to-Piece Ritual. Once your design and diamond selection are finalized during your in-store or virtual consultation, we will issue a formal Invoice sent directly to your email or phone.

2. Flexible Ways to Pay

Upon receiving your invoice, you can choose the method that best suits your preference:

• Online via Shop Pay (Installments):

  • Split your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installments.

  • 0% APR and no hidden fees.

  • The first payment is due at checkout, with the remaining three automatically charged every two weeks.

  • Available for customers in Canada and the US.

• In-Store Payment:

  • We invite you to visit our Boutique to complete your payment in person via credit card, debit, or bank transfer.

  • This is a perfect opportunity to re-confirm your design details before our master craftsmen begin the production.

3. Crafted Just for You

Production begins immediately once the initial deposit or full payment is confirmed. We will keep you updated as your unique piece comes to life.
